The Operator is the Controller of your personal data with respect to data voluntarily provided through the Website.

The Website processes personal data for the following purposes:

  • managing the newsletter,

  • handling enquiries submitted through the contact form,

  • presenting offers or information.

The Website collects information about users and their behaviour in the following ways:

  • through data voluntarily entered into forms and subsequently entered into the Operator’s systems,

  • through cookies stored on users’ end devices.

2. Selected data protection methods used by the Operator

Login areas and areas where personal data is entered are protected at the transmission layer using an SSL certificate. As a result, personal data and login details entered on the Website are encrypted on the user’s device and can only be read on the destination server.

The Operator periodically changes its administrative passwords.

In order to minimise the risk of unauthorised access to data, the Operator uses complex passwords containing lowercase and uppercase letters, numbers and special characters, with a minimum length of 8 characters.

An important element of data protection is the regular updating of all software used by the Operator for processing personal data, which in particular means regular updates of software components.

3. Hosting

The Website is hosted and technically maintained on servers operated by home.pl.

In order to ensure technical reliability, the hosting provider maintains server-level logs. The following information may be recorded:

  • resources identified by URL, including addresses of requested pages and files,

  • time when the request was received,

  • time when the response was sent,

  • name of the client station, identified using the HTTP protocol,

  • information about errors occurring during HTTP transactions,

  • URL of the website previously visited by the user (referrer link), if the user accessed the Website through a link,

  • information about the user’s browser,

  • IP address information,

  • diagnostic information related to the process of independently ordering services through registration systems available on the Website,

  • information related to handling email correspondence sent to and by the Operator.

4. Your rights and additional information on the use of personal data

Your personal data is processed by the Controller for no longer than is necessary to perform the activities for which it was collected, taking into account requirements arising from separate legal provisions, such as accounting regulations.

With regard to data processed for marketing purposes, such data will not be processed for longer than 3 years.

You have the right to request from the Controller:

  • access to your personal data,

  • rectification of your personal data,

  • erasure of your personal data,

  • restriction of processing,

  • data portability.

You have the right to object to the processing referred to in point 3.3(c), where personal data is processed for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the Controller, including profiling. However, the right to object may not apply where there are compelling legitimate grounds for processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, in particular where processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

You have the right to lodge a complaint regarding the Controller’s activities with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

Providing personal data is voluntary, but may be necessary in order to use certain functionalities of the Website.

Automated decision-making, including profiling, may be carried out in relation to you for the purpose of providing services under a concluded agreement and for the purpose of direct marketing conducted by the Controller.

Personal data may be transferred to third countries within the meaning of data protection legislation. This means that data may be transferred outside the European Union.

The Website collects information voluntarily provided by users, including personal data where such data is provided.

The Website may record information concerning connection parameters, including timestamps and IP addresses.

In certain cases, the Website may record information enabling the data provided in a form to be linked to the email address of the user completing the form. In such cases, the user’s email address may appear within the URL of the page containing the form.

Data provided in forms is processed for purposes resulting from the function of the specific form, for example to handle a service request, business enquiry, service registration or similar request.

In each case, the context and description of the form clearly indicate the purpose for which the form is intended.
