ABOUT US
Every company has its beginnings
Our story began in 2015 with a single idea – to harness the potential of slipform technology (SLIPFORM) to deliver the most demanding reinforced concrete structures. Operating on a 24/7 basis enables construction rates of 3 to as much as 8 metres of structural height per day, while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship.
Over the years, we have successfully delivered and contributed to projects in Poland and international markets.
Everything started with an idea
My name is Daniel Kisała. I am an architect and civil engineer, as well as the Founder and CEO of SLIPFORM
For more than twenty years, I have been involved in the design and execution of complex engineering projects in Poland and internationally, from Manila, Philippines, to Washington, D.C., United States. I am the author of studies, reports, and academic publications in the fields of engineering, economics, and wind energy, as well as the initiator of the development of slipform technology for the construction of concrete foundations and towers for wind turbines.
I am dedicated to advancing the use of SLIPFORM technology in modern construction. Today, SLIPFORM is a company helping shape the future of the construction industry. We seek new opportunities, develop innovative technologies, and embrace challenges, firmly believing that the most successful projects emerge where experience meets the courage to shape the future.
Outside of work, I spend every free moment in the air. I am an aviation enthusiast and a pilot.
Without innovation, there is no future
Therefore, innovation is embedded in SLIPFORM’s DNA.
In 2021, in collaboration with the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin, we developed and implemented an automated control system for slipform technology. The solution enables precise management of formwork operations, continuous monitoring of its geometry, and real-time structural monitoring. All data is analysed in real time and can be shared via the GSM network with the project execution team, management personnel, and construction supervision authorities.
The implementation of intelligent slipforms has enabled us to virtually eliminate issues that may arise during structural construction, such as premature formwork lifting or geometric deviations.
Since 2023, we have been developing a technology for incorporating processed components of onshore wind turbine blades as an additive to concrete used in the construction of wind turbine foundations. This solution not only supports recycling and reduces waste, but also opens up new opportunities to enhance the material properties of concrete used in engineering structures.
